1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Condition: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
  • Non-returnable Items: Certain items, such as gift cards, personalized products, and final sale items, are not eligible for returns. This will be indicated on the product page or at the time of purchase.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. You may also use the return request form available in your account dashboard.
  2. Receive Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to send the item back to us.
  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in the original packaging and include any accessories, manuals, or documentation that came with it. You will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., receiving the wrong or defective item).

Important: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If your item was part of a promotional offer, the amount refunded will reflect any discounts applied at the time of purchase.
  • If the item is returned after the 30-day window, we reserve the right to issue store credit instead of a refund.

4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the same return process. Once the original item is returned and inspected, we will send out the new item. If the item is out of stock, you will have the option to receive a refund or select a different product.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, and cover the cost of return shipping.

6. Final Sale Items

Please note that final sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable. These items will be clearly marked as such on the product page.

7. Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to an error on our part, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund, depending on the circumstances.

8. International Returns

For international orders, the same return process applies. However, please note that shipping, customs fees, and taxes are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
